Brittany Frederick has been creating art all of her life. After graduating from Denham Springs High School, she graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University where she received her Bachelor’s in Science Education. Shortly after graduation, she began teaching in Livingston Parish and is now a Talented Art Teacher for the Livingston Parish School Board. Brittany specializes in acrylic painting, pastels, graphite, and charcoal. She enjoys painting portraits of pets and people. She loves to be able to use the gift that God has given her to be able to reach and touch the lives of other people through her work. Brittany produces commissioned Art pieces, many that are shown in this Art Show today. Phoebe Eunice

Oil, Acrylic, Gouache

Inspired by light and color, my goal is to capture & communicate my own momentary experiences of beauty in the everyday to others through painting. I started art late, while in college, and earned a BFA in Studio Art from LSU with a concentration in Graphic Design. I am starting late again, after setting art aside for many years to raise my 6 amazing children alongside my wonderful husband. I’ve spent all that time observing things and am now enjoying translating the things I perceive and dream up into works of art. Currently teaching Talented Art students in Livingston Parish, I also take commissions for artworks, Illustration, and Graphic Design.
